# New Thursday General Class

For several years, adult students have been able to train every single day of the week, with a broad variety of classes, including **seven** General Classes at various times and days throughout the week, and various forms of senior-blackbelt-led "*jishu*."

Now, the dojo is pleased to announce an **eighth Adult General Class.**

Starting October 15th, 2026, a new regularly-scheduled weekly Adult General Class will debut on Thursdays at 6:30PM, taught by a senior blackbelt. The one hour class will follow the same format as other adult general classes, and offer the full range of technique, kata, strength training, and more.

Note: at this time, this class will not be offered via LiveCast.

Immediately after the Thursday 6:30 Adult General Class, *Jishu* (self-study with senior blackbelts) will continue to be offered, as it is has been for several years.
