The October 2024 Rank Testing has been moved forward to Saturday, October 19th.
The October 2024 Rank Testing has been rescheduled from Saturday, October 26, 2024 to the Saturday of the week before.
The new date for October 2024 Rank Testing is now Saturday, October 19, 2024. No other changes to that day's schedule will be made (both adults and kids will be able to test). The change was made to allow blackbelts from outside New York City to participate in the Testing Panel, since a number of them will be in the city to participate in Blackbelt Week the week before.
For all students: recall that testing dates are important, especially for any student at or above the rank of 4th Kyu (green belt). Students at that rank must test during the regularly-scheduled testing.
Even if you aren't at that rank yet, it's a good idea to carefully consider the dates of testing and to set goals for yourself. Obviously, testing is by invitation only, but if you set a goal for yourself and have definite dates that you're aiming for, you're much more likely to achieve your goal.
